Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping in the UK or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Pounds or your own currency. We accept various credit cards. You may send your credit card information via the Internet or Fax only. Pictures shown do not necessarily represent stock items and are for reference only. Products are subject to change without notice. It is recommended that if in any doubt to request sample packs.
Shipping And Handling
Each item has a weight, when you go to the checkout the total weight is identified and a charge for that weight is added to the cost.
Please Note :
If you enter the wrong postcode or address while making a purchase on the internet website and we subsequently send the goods to the wrong address, we will re-ship the goods but the re-shipping costs will be at our own expense!

Your Shipping Instructions
If you specify instructions as to where you want your delivery to be 'placed' (eg. "Please leave round back in shed") and the delivery is subsequently damaged or stolen Toner Planet and our couriers take no responsibility. You are in essence waving your right to a "signed for" delivery and therefore your delivered product(s) are at risk!
Delivery Schedule
We send your order right away. You will normally receive your order within 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 28 days.

Orders received before 3.00pm on our system will be shipped the same day.
Please Note: The above does not apply to items currently out of stock - please ring us to be sure the items are in stock.

Delivery Problems
Our courier usually delivers within 24 hours (PARCELFORCE / ANC) Note: this is not a guaranteed 24 hour service
Toner Planet cannot be held responsible for Parcelforce / ANC unforseen problems and therefore do not guarantee a next day delivery
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Please quote the (last 5 digits of your order number) stating clearly any discrepancies in your order or any

delivery breakages and we will contact you with a returns number.

There are many reasons why items ordered may need to be returned to Toner Planet, the most common reasons

are covered within the following paragraphs. Any other instances that may not be covered below, will be subject

to negotiaitions between Toner Planet and the customer in question.

You have received incorrect Items from Toner Planet. (e.g. not the items that were ordered)
- In this instance, Toner Planet will take full responsibilty and will collect the incorrect items from

an address specified by the customer, replacements will be shipped the same day. Toner Planet will cover

the cost of both the collection and the re-delivery of the replacements.

You have ordered the wrong goods from Toner Planet
- In this instance, Toner Planet cannot be held responsible for any mistakes made by the customer when

ordering Items through our website. The goods received must be sent back at the customers own expense.

Replacements will be issued upon receipt of the returned items. The customer will be liable to cover any cost

incurred for the re-shipping of replacement goods. The customer will also be liable for any broken / lost /

stolen items when in transit back to Toner Planet.

Toner Planet reserve the right to certain stipulations regarding products being returned:
i) All items must be returned in a re-sellable condition. Any items returned that are found to be damaged in

any way, cannot be replaced or refunded under any circumstances
ii) Toner Planet can only accept the return of unused / unopened items. Any items returned that have

been used, opened or tampered with in any way cannot be replaced or refunded.

Breakages

Toner Planet will attempt to refund or replace any items delivered damaged, subject to the following

terms:

All Items Received Must Be Checked Upon Delivery

If you suspect breakages within your shipment, you MUST sign for the delivery as Damaged.
- If you DO NOT sign for the delivery as damaged, and breakages are discovered upon closer inspection, you MUST

report the exact amount of damages to us before the end of business on the day that the delivery takes place.

PLEASE NOTE: Any broken items reported after the day of delivery CANNOT be replaced or refunded.
- If you DO sign for the delivery as damaged, you MUST report the exact amount of damages to us within 5 days

from the date that the delivery took place.
PLEASE NOTE: Any broken items reported after 5 days from receipt CANNOT be replaced or refunded.

Photographs Of Broken Items May Be Required

Toner Planet will only replace or refund broken items delivered if the above conditions have been adhered

to.

Faulty products must be sent back to us (after a returns number has been allocated via telephone) to the address

above to enable us to do a full test on the products.

If this product(s) is found to be faulty (and not incompatible with your equipment) a full refund (or replacement)

including shipping charges will be given.

If alleged faulty product is returned to us, and is found to be in good working order, then a charge of £10 plus

return shipping charges will be applied.

Customers have 21 days from receiving goods to report any faulty products purchased. Incompatibility problems should be returned to us in its original packaging and in good condition. Only the un-opened media returned will be replaced. Re-Shipping charges will be incurred. Customers have 21 days from receiving goods to report any incompatibility problems with any media purchased.
